Ms. Siegel will be discussing some of the many planned giving vehicles that are beneficial to both the donor's family as well as charity, with the only loser being the IRS.
Anita J. Siegel is a founding member of Siegel & Bergman, LLC, located in Morristown, NJ, and has more than 35 years of experience specializing in estate planning, estate administration and tax matters. She is a frequent lecturer and author on estate planning, estate administration and tax issues. Anita is a fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), a member of its charitable planning committee and a past regent and chair of the New Jersey chapter of ACTEC. Ms. Siegel also serves on the boards and advisory boards of several charitable organizations.
This program has been approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, and 0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law, municipal court law, and/or matrimonial law.
CFP and CPA continuing education credit will also be offered for this presentation.
