Please join us for our final meeting of the year, featuring Warren K. Racusin, Esq. Chair of the Trusts and Estates Group at Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Mr. Racusin will discuss the intersection of estate planning and family law, including premarital and postmarital agreements, the use of trusts in divorce situations, and many other estate divorce planning techniques and possible issues arising for clients contemplating marriage or divorce.

 

**At this meeting, we will be hosting our annual “40 Under 40” Special and Cocktail Party! Each member is invited to bring up to 3 associates, colleagues and/or friends under 40 as guests to this meeting for only $40 each. Our “40 under 40” guests and their member-sponsors are invited to a complimentary open-bar networking cocktail party from 5:30pm-6:00pm, before our regular cocktail party begins. This program has been submitted for approval by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, and 0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law, municipal court law, and/or matrimonial law.
