Please join us for our final meeting of the year. Millennials are on the cusp of surpassing Baby Boomers as the nation's largest living adult generation, according to population projections from the U.S. Census Bureau. Deloitte estimates that by 2020 their aggregate net worth will range from $19 - $24 trillion. This presents enormous opportunity for professional advisors - during this session we will explore what is unique about this generation, the obstacles we face as advisors and solutions for how to best serve this growing community.

**At this meeting, we will be hosting our annual “40 Under 40” Special and Cocktail Party! Each member is invited to bring up to 3 associates, colleagues and/or friends under 40 as guests to this meeting for only $40 each. Our “40 under 40” guests and their member-sponsors are invited to a complimentary open-bar networking cocktail party from 5:30pm-6:00pm, before our regular cocktail party begins. This program has been submitted for approval by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, and 0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law, municipal court law, and/or matrimonial law.
