2021 will be an extraordinary year.  The COVID-19 Pandemic may be phasing out, allowing property owners to increase business activities.  Tax changes, by legislation or regulation, may be enacted or proposed.  Opportunities for estate planner should abound.  This presentation will discuss the most pressing issues for individual clients including what transfers should be made this year, whether GRATs and SLATs should be implemented and how to reduce the impact of the SECURE Act (which now has been in effect for over a year) on IRAs and Plans.
