About Richard Greenberg:
Richard H. Greenberg is Senior Partner in Greenberg & Schulman in Woodbridge, New Jersey, where he focuses on tax matters, business and corporate matters, estate planning and estate administration. Admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Georgia, and before the United States Tax Court, Mr. Greenberg is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC); Past Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Taxation Law and Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Sections; Past Chair of the Association’s Corporate Tax Committee; and a member of the Inheritance Tax and Partnership Tax Committees. He is a past President of the Greater Middlesex/Somerset Estate Planning Council, Past Chair of the Essex County Bar Association Tax Committee and a member of the New York State Bar Association Tax, Trusts and Probate Committees and the Middlesex County Bar Association Tax Committee, as well as the Estate Planning Council of Central New Jersey. He is a frequent lecturer and author on numerous estate planning and estate administration topics as well as the 2011 recipient of the Alfred C. Clapp Award bestowed by ICLE. Mr. Greenberg received his B.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, his J.D. from St. John’s University and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University
